In an ideal world we would all have friends or relatives to help us with all manner of jobs or recommend someone they know. The truth
is that generally it doesn’t work like that!
We realised that like us there are lots of people who are willing to "buy" informal help but have no obvious place to find it. On the
other hand, there are lots of people who have a skill, time or a service to "sell" but no route to market.
So we developed a web based service to make finding help easy.
We believe our customer feedback feature will encourage people to act with respect, honesty and fairness and help Customers book with
greater confidence.
And finally, we felt it was important to offer flexibility around payment methods so we built an optional secure PayPal system so
Customers and Associates have the flexibility to arrange payment by credit or debit card, in cash or by cheque.
