In an ideal world we'd all have friends or relatives to help us out with odd jobs. The next best thing is to ask someone who is recommended. Unfortunately life often doesn't work like that!
We knew there are lots of people wanting to "buy" help. We knew there are lots of people who have a skill, a service or their time to "sell". But there was no easy way for these people to find each other.
So we developed a web based service to make finding help easy.
But putting people in touch with each other is only the start. Customers said they want a way to feedback how satisfied they were with the Seller to help other Customers buy with greater confidence. So we've included Customer Satisfaction feedback to encourage Sellers to act with respect, honesty and fairness.
And lastly, Customers said payment flexibility was important. So we built a secure PayPal system so Customers can choose how they pay the Seller– by credit or debit card, in cash or by cheque.
